Return Policy
The Stone Hearth Cottage will gladly accept returns on all home decor products returned within 10 days of receipt. Item(s) must be returned with the following:
- Original packaging materials – wrapped in the manner in which it was received
- Reason for return clearly stated
- Copy of original receipt with return
A full refund will be issued to your credit card within 7 days of receipt.
The Stone Hearth Cottage carefully inspects all home decor item(s) thoroughly for damage/flaws prior to shipping. However, there may be an occasion when an item(s) may be damaged during shipping. The Stone Hearth Cottage will replace any item(s) received damaged.
Any item(s) returned after the 10 day grace period will be issued store credit.
